Environmental Policy

We obtained the ISO 14001:2015 certification which, in addition to natural environmental benefits, entailed a reduction in gas, water and energy consumption, improving the correct waste disposal process and increasing company efficiency.
Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001
Girardini Srl announces the adoption of the Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, further strengthening its commitment to responsible, transparent, and compliant business practices.
At the same time, the company has also approved its Code of Ethics, a document that outlines the principles, values, and rules of conduct that must be observed by all individuals acting in the name and on behalf of the Company, including employees, collaborators, suppliers, and partners.
The joint adoption of the 231 Model and the Code of Ethics marks a key step in reinforcing a solid corporate governance system guided by integrity.
To ensure the proper implementation and effectiveness of the Model, Girardini Srl has also appointed an external Supervisory Body (OdV), endowed with the necessary expertise and the required autonomy, independence, and continuity of action. This decision reflects the company’s intention to uphold the highest standards in risk prevention and control activities.
